What you´ll be up to
As a search and site specialist at TDWT you will work with both small and large projects and customers. You will be responsible for site audits, keyword analysis, giving and implementing tactical advice to increase growth in traffic and conversion based on data and insight. Implementing, developing and delivering strategies and hands-on actionable advice is part of your daily work. In some cases you might also take full ownership of a customer's web performance over time.
As engaging content is an important ingredient for organic growth this is also something you will work with where we provide keyword discoveries, content strategies and help customers set up and follow up on important KPI´s.
Working with content producers, digital marketing experts, project managers, company leaders and developers is something that will be a natural part of your job.
Examples of tasks that our site and search team could be asked to perform:
- Keyword analysis
- Tech audits
- Ongoing SEO growth
- Creating and delivering SEO and content strategies
- Helping clients with product marketing
- Implementing CRM solutions and automations
- Setting up campaign pages
- Advise customers on marketing technologies
- Coach and upskill digital marketing teams
- Project management
- Support clients in discussions with web agencies
- Experimenting and AB testing

Who you are!
We believe you have a passion for data driven insight and love the science of where content meets technology. This is your space where possibilities are endless for increasing customer growth.
You enjoy figuring out solutions to complex issues by identifying hypotheses and validating them.
Being a data driven individual you are comfortable with analyzing data sets and working with different marketing technologies to help you navigate, find actionable insights and follow up on KPI´s. Some of these tools we use are Semrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Pi Datametrics.
Your hands on experience
- You have at least 2 years of experience with digital marketing including technical SEO and web analytics
- You are fluent in Swedish and and English
- You have experience working with several marketing technology platforms
- You are used to derive insights and come up with tactical advice from different data sets
- You have experience from working with different stakeholders having different digital maturity
- You are a good communicator
- If you have previous experience from agency work or IT consultancy it is a plus

My name is Alex and I’m the CEO at TDWT. I am leading our exciting journey to build the next generation digital agency. The past 12 years or so I have worked in different executive positions setting and implementing digital strategies while building up top performing teams within product, tech, performance marketing and sales. I have launched and managed several market leading digital ventures (mostly marketplaces) for Kinnevik, Schibsted and within the startup community.
As a leader I believe that building a great culture that is collaborative, transparent and feedback oriented is the foundation to any long term sustainable growth.
