We at TDWT are determined to build the next generation digital agency. To continue the growth path we are on we now need to strengthen the team with a marketing automation specialist. As a Marketing Automation Specialist at TDWT you will help our customers develop and optimize automated customer communications throughout different parts of their customer journeys.
What you´ll be up to
As a marketing automation specialist you are used to working in marketing technologies setting up successful lead acquisitions. You are good at deriving business insight from data and you enjoy finding solutions to improve conversion in all stages of the customer journey.
As our customers use several different marketing automation tools it is important that you have experience in working with different tools and that you are easily able to dive in and understand tools that are new to you.
As a person we believe that you have an analytical mindset and that you like to solve problems. You are most likely a person that can see through complex situations and create a strategic plan to optimize and create business value using data. Doing this you can both recommend and implement marketing automation tools.
- An analytical and structured mindset
- Knowledge of marketing technologies and content management systems
- Languages: Fluent Swedish and English
- Hands-on experience in:
- Marketing Automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Voyado, Marketo, Braze)
- CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, MS Dynamics)
- Experience in utilizing customer data from various sources (CRM, CDP, DMP)
- Digital advertising understanding (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn, Instagram)
Make sure you showcase your experience and knowledge as clearly as possible in your application, resume and attachments. We value examples and results from previous projects, and we'd love to know what concrete marketing tools you used to get to those results.

I’m Allan and I’m the Head of Data and Insights. I joined TDWT last fall. Prior to that I have been working with several agencies and enterprises/startups with my main focus to create growth and make sure we utilize MarTech in the best way.
As a Head of Data & Insights, I play a role of part manager, part product owner, and part scientist. Together with an experienced team, we generate and experiment ideas and scale successful strategies to unlock growth throughout the full user funnel for our clients.
We come from different professional backgrounds and are happy to help each other with new perspectives and solutions.

My name is Alex and I’m the CEO at TDWT. I am leading our exciting journey to build the next generation digital agency after merging TDWT with Spoon Marketing Tech. The past 12 years or so I have worked in different executive positions setting up and implementing digital strategies while building top performing teams within product, tech, performance marketing and sales. I have launched and managed several market leading digital ventures (mostly marketplaces) for Kinnevik, Schibsted and within the startup community.
As a leader I believe that building a great culture that is collaborative, transparent and feedback oriented is the foundation to any long term sustainable growth.
